19A NCAC 04A .0102      DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS OF THE SECRETARY OF TRANSPORTATION

The duties, functions, and responsibilities of the Secretary of Transportation, as head of a principal state department, are described in the General Statutes and in Section 19A NCAC 1A .0200.
